Penny Lane Home Services (PLHS) is a family owned business based in Mossley Hill, Liverpool. It is owned and operated by Al Smith. Al has a background in property maintenance and has worked in the public and private sectors. 

Al became fed up of constantly trying to find relaible tradespeople to complete work on properties. Either they didnt turn up when promised or the work completed wasnt up to standard. Al wasnt alone, friends and neighbours were constantly having the same issue. Thats how Penny Lane Home Services was born.  

On contacting Penny Lane Home Services you will be greeted by Al or one of the other members of the business who will get to know you and your requirements. If relevant a site visit will be arranged to discuss the works in more details. A quote will be provided specifying timescale and availability.
